There are 2 nine hole Golf courses nearby at Poro Point, one is
of international standard with superb greens and wonderful sea vistas as
this view looking back to Sunset Bay.
There are many places of interest around the resort including
the San Fernando Botanical Gardens, Chinese Macho temple, Local
Potteries at Bacnotan, Wood Crafts at Rosario, The Shrine at Agoo, Bacsil
Ridge (site of a strategic WWII conflict) and Luna Beach where you
can see and hear the Rolling Stones.
San Fernando is the provincial capital of La Union. It is only about a 10 minute drive from Sunset Bay. It is a bustling market town that has a full range of banking, shopping, communication, and medical/hospital facilities. Sunset Bay Resort is situated to the west of San Fernando Airport.
